Responsibilities

You will own DuraMon’s commercial growth and play a key role in shaping our long-term strategy. Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and projects, and building strategic partnerships aligned with DuraMon’s long-term vision
  • Developing, implementing, and continuously refining sales and marketing strategies to maximize value creation
  • Analysing market trends, competitors, and industry developments, and translating insights into concrete go-to-market and growth initiatives
  • Representing DuraMon at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events

Requirements

What you bring:

  • A proven track record in business development, sales, and negotiations within the construction sector
  • Strong ability to close complex, high-value deals and build long-term relationships with demanding stakeholders
  • Experience working with public authorities, infrastructure owners, or similar organizations
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel
